Hudson Youth Entrepreneurs (HYE)

The Hudson Youth Entrepreneur group is composed of eight WRA and eight Hudson High business club students.

Their mission - To write and develop a business plan for the Veterans Way Park project for Community First. The group meets once or twice per month with Community First F, Betty Banks-Burke and WRA staff reps to discuss the project.

HYE have now completed the business plan and are working on specific fund raising projects to raise awareness and money for the park project. They also had the opportunity to meet with city park supt., park board members and the architect working on the Veteran Way project to discuss their vision.

Currently - They are planning a dance with both schools and are conducting a contest on the parks identity both funded with a $1250 grant from The Burton D. Morgan Foundation.
